Refund policy
MAKE A RETURN
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of delivery. All returns need to be in original cartons, unused and in new condition. Please send via carrier of your choice and let us know so we may process it once received at the warehouse. We will refund your money via the original mode of payment after it has been inspected and returned to stock. Damaged or used items are not eligible for return.
HOLIDAY RETURNS
Orders placed from November 1 - December 31 are eligible for return through January 31st.
FINAL SALE
All Final Sale items are not eligible for return
Free return shipping does not apply for international orders.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Please allow 10 business days from the receipt of your item for processing. You will receive an email confirmation once your new item(s) have shipped or your card has been refunded.

We do not process returns or exchanges for orders placed through any of our retail partners including but not limited to Macy’s, Bloomingdale’s, or Bed Bath and Beyond. Please contact the retailer from which you ordered for assistance.
